Here are a few things to be aware of before your appointment at The Beauty Room Spa and Salon Suites.

CANCELLATION

POLICY

We ask that you give us least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or moving of appointments. If your appointment has to be canceled within 24 hours, a 50% service fee will be charged to your card on file. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time or no show, a 100% service fee will be charged to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, we require payment before any future appointments.

INAPPROPRIATE

BEHAVIOR

TBR does offer beauty and wellness services to both men and women, including full body waxing and massages. Please be aware that The Beauty Room nor any of its booth renters, contract laborers, or employees will not tolerate or engage in any form of sexual contact or speech. If you try to initiate anything close to this behavior, it will result in the immediate end of your service, full payment, and permanent banishment from TBR.

OTHER INFORMATION

We accept all cash, card, or TBR gift cards.

We ask that you do not bring children to your appointments due to the need for quiet in hallways and service rooms with spa services nearby.

Free WI-FI is available.

We try to accommodate walk-ins, but we are unable to accept these appointments the majority of the time due to being pre-booked weeks in advance.

SERVICE PROVIDER INDIVIDUALITY

Please be aware that all of our team members are their own "business"​within the walls of The Beauty Room. Because of this, some of our services and gift cards are non-transferable. For example, a gift card specified for a service with a hair stylist cannot be swapped and redeemed for a service with an aesthetician. This is because the original service provider is donating their time and money that another service provider may not be able to.
